Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: On-site customer service. Tasks: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair. Calibrate products using hand tools. Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports. Prepare cost estimates. Read blueprints and drawings. Provide customer service.
