  • Perform board-level and micro-soldering repairs on a range of devices.
  • Support general PC and laptop repairs when specialty work allows.

  • Collaborate with the triage and sales team on quotes and client updates.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience with board-level repair, micro-soldering, and electronic diagnostics.

  • Valid driver?s license, and a clear driver?s abstract for on-site work.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on skill and experience with Performance Component.
  • Variety of challenging repairs in a long-standing local shop.
  • Opportunity to use specialized skills while supporting the full team.
  • Clear expectations and a hands-on work environment.
