We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a solid background in facilities maintenance. This role offers an opportunity to oversee daily operations, coordinate cleaning activities, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. A background in commercial cleaning, custodial experience, and familiarity with various tools and equipment are essential for success in this position.
*Responsibilities*
* Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness standards are met across all areas * Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for routine maintenance task. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels * Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, staff performance, and supply needs. * Maintain detailed records of work completed, supplies used, and safety inspections

* Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a commercial setting * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is necessary for routine tasks * Excellent customer service skills to address client needs professionally * Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Exceptional communication skills for team coordination and reporting purposes * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Pay: Up to $17.50 per hour
