Breakfast Line Cook
Hours of Operations 7am-3pm
*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. *Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients * Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations * Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction * Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management * Follow all food safety protocols during meal preparation and service * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods * Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures * Strong understanding of meal preparation and presentation * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent teamwork and communication skills * Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays if required
