• Document and screen all employees and contractors accessing or servicing aircraft. • Conduct physical pat-downs of employees or passengers as necessary. • Respond promptly to alarms on screening equipment and ensure efficient resolution. • Perform screening of passengers and their belongings prior to boarding, adhering to all security protocols. • Conduct physical searches of persons, bags, and perform explosive detection swaps. • Communicate effectively with passengers and team members to ensure smooth operations. • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and directives. • Manage conflict professionally and calmly. • Support supervisors and perform additional duties as needed. Requirements:
• Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC). • Must be able to obtain a Basic Security Training (BST) license. • Available to work flexible shifts, including graveyards, early mornings, holidays, and weekends. • Comfortable working in outdoor environments with exposure to various weather conditions and machinery noise. • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and walking long distances. • Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor. • Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Effective time management and communication skills.
