Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role focuses on accurate financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and compliance support across multiple entities and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has a solid accounting foundation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within established processes while continuing to develop their technical and professional skills. What Success Looks Like in this Role:  Financial Reporting & Compliance  Prepare and post routine month-end journal entries, including accruals, payroll-related journals, fixed assets, and other standard adjustments.  Prepare payroll journals and superannuation entries based on payroll system exports.  Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances in a timely manner.  Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for APAC entities.  Assist with year-end audit preparation, including supporting schedules, reconciliations, and responses to auditor requests.  Liaise with external accounting and tax advisors to support statutory reporting, tax filings, and local compliance requirements.  Review financial outputs received from external providers (e.g., India and China entities) for completeness and accuracy before upload into the consolidation system.  Deliver bi-weekly cash flow projections.  Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and analysis as required.  Multi-Entity Accounting  Support accounting activities across multiple legal entities and currencies.  Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.  Assist with foreign exchange remeasurement entries and related reconciliations.  Coordinate with regional finance contacts and third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate financial data submission.  Support indirect tax filings (e.g., GST) and other recurring compliance requirements under supervision.  Operational Finance Support  Assist with month-end close activities, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations.  Support monitoring of cash balances and preparation of basic cash flow reports.  Maintain accounting documentation, working papers, and process notes.  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, pr
