The successful candidate should be able to deliver professional customer service in person and over the phone in a cheerful manner.
*Key Duties*
* Create a positive and memorable experience for patients, starting from their arrival until their departure * Optimize the appointment schedule by filling the day with limited gaps * Handle all patient calls and inquiries professionally, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and changes * Manage potential cancellations by addressing patient concerns and encouraging them to keep their appointments * Handle patient billing and payment processing, including sending claim forms to insurance and responding to fee inquiries * Accurately maintain the patient database and manage the recall system effectively * Process referral letters and other patient correspondence in a timely manner * Manage patient records and charts by organizing and filing them appropriately.
