*What You?ll Do:*
? Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care. ? Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and adhere to infection control protocols. ? Take and process X-rays (HARP certified). ? Establish strong patient relationships, providing comfort and reassurance. ? Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties as needed. ? Stay up to date with industry best practices and safety standards.
*What We?re Looking For:*
? *Certification* ? Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant in Ontario. ? *HARP Certified* ? Must be qualified to take X-rays. ? *Experience Preferred* ? Previous dental assisting experience is an asset, but *new grads are welcome*! ? *Strong Communication Skills* ? Ability to connect with patients and collaborate with the dental team. ? *Organized & Detail-Oriented* ? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ? *Reliable & Professional* ? Punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude are key.
