Location: We are seeking an experienced Concessions Food and Beverage Level Supervisor for the BC Place Stadium. Sodexo Live! is the Official Supplier of Food and Beverage Services to BC Place Stadium. BC Place is a multi-purpose stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Located at the north side of False Creek, it is owned and operated by the BC Pavilion Corporation, a Crown corporation of the province. Home to BC Lions, Vancouver White Caps, Concerts and Live events, the facility hosts welcomes hundreds of thousands of fans each year, while generating significant economic activity for the Province. Job Summary: The Level Supervisor leads their assigned areas of Concession Stands/Vending and IT to ensure all areas of operations are ready for services. This includes ensuring all health and safety standards are met, all policies are signed and adhered to, stands are fully operational for guest service and overall processes are followed. Job Responsibilities:
• General • The Level Supervisor is required to complete their assigned event day administrative paperwork. • Level Supervisors are required to provide updates to the Operations Manager as per the timings outlined in their paperwork. • Level Supervisors are required to update the OM as soon as any deficiencies are identified including equipment, stock, staffing, etc. • Address any customer or staff concerns in real time. • Ensure QUEST is being required followed at all times • Other duties as assigned
• Pre-Event • The Level Supervisor ensures all staff (including Zones Supervisors) have signed a
