*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and technical specifications * Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities * Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments * Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote products effectively * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction * Manage time efficiently to assist multiple customers during busy periods * Support store operations by performing cashier duties, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness
*Experience*
* Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred * Multilingual or bilingual skills (e.g., English plus additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse customer bases * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey product information and build rapport with customers * Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Experience with merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques will be advantageous * Ability to work well within a team while independently managing customer interactions
