Bisous Bisous is a fun and creative gift shop located in The Bay Centre in downtown Victoria. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and responsible Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
Position:
* Full-Time Retail Sales Associate * Starting wage: $18.25 per hour during the first 3-month probationary period * Wage increases to $19.00 per hour after successful completion of probation * Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and helpful customer service * Operate the POS system and process customer purchases * Restock and organize merchandise * Maintain clean and attractive product displays * Assist customers with DIY and personalization products * Keep the store clean and organized * Support daily opening and closing duties * Help create a positive and welcoming shopping experience
We are looking for someone who:
* Is reliable, punctual, and responsible * Enjoys working with customers * Has strong communication skills * Can work independently and as part of a team * Is comfortable working in a busy retail environment * Pays attention to detail and store presentation * Is interested in gifts, stationery, cute products, and creative retail * Is looking for a stable, long-term position
Retail or customer service experience is an asset, but we are also open to candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
