Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company located in Boisbriand, has retained us to recruit a Concierge (Food Manufacturing Industry). What we're looking for:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general maintenance and building mechanics, ideally in a food manufacturing environment (although not required); • Basic knowledge in various technical areas such as carpentry, plumbing, heating systems, and electrical work; • Knowledge of a preventive maintenance system; • Forklift certification (an asset).

Key Responsibilities • Perform routine repairs on plant equipment and infrastructure, including carpentry and general building maintenance; • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues; • Replace defective parts and carry out upgrades when required; • Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to obtain replacement parts; • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems; • Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations.
