About this role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Office management and supervision. Administrative assistant and secretarial science, general. Executive assistant/executive secretary. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries. Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases. Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents.
