Join our People & Culture team in Hamburg and gain hands-on experience in shaping the employee journey within an international maritime organisation. Work on diverse HR projects in a dynamic environment and help us create a workplace where people thrive. We work with you to customise our modular 12 month traineeship in line with your interests and career goals. Our programme includes different modules, for example: Module 1 – HR Operations & Administration<ul><li>Supporting day-to-day HR processes (contracts, onboarding, employee lifecycle)</li><li>Maintaining HR systems and personnel data</li><li>Assisting in payroll preparation and HR compliance topics </li></ul>Module 2 – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding<ul><li>Supporting recruitment processes from job posting to hiring </li><li>Active sourcing and candidate communication </li><li>Contributing to employer branding and university relations initiatives </li></ul>Module 3 – Learning & Development<ul><li>Supporting training programs and development initiatives </li><li>Organising workshops, onboarding sessions and internal trainings </li><li>Contributing to performance and talent management processes </li></ul>Module 4 – People & Culture Projects<ul><li>Collaborating on strategic HR initiatives (e.g. culture, engagement, diversity) </li><li>Supporting HR analytics and reporting </li><li>Driving own HR projects</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>You graduated or are about to graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.</li><li>You do not only have a strong interest in People & Culture, but share our passion!</li><li>You gained first practical experience in HR (internships, working student roles) – this is only a plus.</li><li>You of course love communicating and have strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>You have a very structured, proactive and hands-on working style.</li><li>You are a fantastic team player who also likes to work independently and as part of an international team.</li><li>You have very good English skills with German skills as a plus.</li></ul> Introduction Your Harren Group journey starts here As a global maritime group, Harren Group connects people, projects and opportunities across the world.
