Your responsibilities <ul><li>Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts, including BIMCO agreements</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements</li><li>Maintain clear and accurate records of all contract-related documents and communication</li><li>Manage contracts for heavy lift and project logistics operations</li><li>Align contract terms with project goals and timelines in close collaboration with project managers</li><li>Develop and manage sub-contractor agreements</li><li>Monitor sub-contractor performance and ensure contract compliance</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Degree in Contract Management or Degree in Law (LL.M or LL.B.)</li><li>Preferred: Additional training in maritime law, contract management, or project logistics preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, ideally in project logistics</li><li>Proven knowledge of BIMCO contracts; familiarity with supply chain logistic contracts is a plus</li><li>Strong understanding of legal contract language and requirements</li><li>Confident negotiation, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Structured and independent working style – even under pressure</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</li><li>Proficiency in contract management software</li><li>Team player with attention to detail and a hands-on mindset</li></ul>You don’t meet all the requirements but are ready to take responsibility and make an impact?
