Job Overview ENPULSION is looking for a<strong> Production Employee (f/m/x)</strong> to join our growing production team and support the manufacturing of our state-of-the-art satellite propulsion systems. In this role, you will work hands-on with high-precision components, follow established production processes, and ensure the highest quality standards in our Assembly, Integration & Verification (AIV) environment. The position is part of a 2-shift operation with rotating shifts, offering a dynamic and collaborative workplace where reliability, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.<br><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Execute production processes according to defined procedures and work instructions.</li><li>Monitor, collect, and evaluate production data.</li><li>Perform assembly and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment, including vacuum systems.</li><li>Conduct 1st-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when deviations occur (SQDC).</li><li>Follow all safety regulations and immediately raise concerns in case of risk.</li><li>Support colleagues within your area and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Assist with workstation setup and preparation.</li></ul><p><strong>Type of contract:</strong> Full-time position: 38.5 hours/week (2-shift operation)</p><strong>Salary</strong>: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.727,40 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications. Your profile <ul><li>Strong technical or manual interest (technical training in electronics, mechanics, or a comparable field is an advantage).</li><li>High attention to detail and excellent fine-motor skills.</li><li>Reliable, structured, and quality-driven way of working.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow defined processes.</li><li>Good English skills are required; German is an advantage.</li></ul><strong>Nice to have:</strong><br><ul><li>Experience working in a production, laboratory, or clean-room environment.</li><li>A completed vocational apprenticeship (Lehre) or HTL is a strong plus, but not required. </li><li>Previous exposure to 2-shift operations.</li></ul> Why us?
