What will be your responsibilities? <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><br><ul><li>Basic knowledge of IT support, including laptops, printers, and end‑user troubleshooting</li><li>Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center (user management, email, licenses)</li><li>Basic understanding of IT strategic planning and IT operations support</li><li>Basic financial knowledge for non‑finance roles, including budget awareness and cost control</li><li>Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate with regional teams</li><li>Able to work collaboratively with regional teams in Malaysia and Barcelona</li><li>Strong team player with good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Willing to travel for work purposes when required</li><li>Thai nationality or legally eligible to work in Thailand</li></ul></div> This is the profile we are looking for <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field</li><li>1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations is preferred</li><li>Fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong foundational skills are encouraged to apply</li></ul>
