About this role

The Senior Marketing Segmentation Analyst is responsible for developing and optimizing Integrated Marketing’s audience segmentation strategy to drive revenue growth, ABM effectiveness, and marketing efficiency. You will go beyond list building and serve as a strategic partner to Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams.

You will lead segmentation strategy, vertical and persona performance analysis, and AI-enabled reporting to improve targeting precision, data quality, and campaign ROI.

Core responsibilities:

Own Outbound segmentation strategy leveraging intent, buyer stage, and predictive signalsDevelop prioritization and exclusion frameworks to improve targeting efficiency and reduce overcommunicationRegularly analyze Persona, Vertical, and segment performance; deliver actionable insights and dashboardsLead AI-enabled ABM reporting using 6sense segmentation data and integrated campaign performance metricsIdentify and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and behavior-based targeting strategiesConduct ongoing segment health checks and optimize based on engagement and revenue impactImprove contact quality and data integrity, including job title normalization in partnership with the Global Marketing Automation teamCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Excellence, Demand Gen, ABM, Analytics and Operations teamsSupport high-priority list builds and strategic targeting initiatives

4+ years in B2B marketing, segmentation, or marketing operationsHands-on experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and a MAP (Preferably Eloqua)Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrityAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting prioritiesStrong presentation and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
