Schedule
• Semi-flexible schedule between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday
• Normal shifts are 7:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Occasional schedule adjustments may be required to provide department coverage during vacations, training, meetings, or other business needs.
Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll help keep our service department running smoothly by assisting both customers and the advisor team. Responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers as they arrive
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Scheduling service appointments
• Cashiering customers and processing payments
• Assisting with washing and preparing customer vehicles after service
• Checking loaner vehicles in and out
• Assisting with internal repair orders
• Supporting the service advisors with daily administrative and operational tasks
What We're Looking For
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication with customers and employees
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
