Hospice of Marion County, a member of Empath Health is seeking a Hospital - Access Navigator to join our Admissions team. This full-time, leadership role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient access and care coordination across our hospital partners. Friday - Sunday 8am-8pm | 12 hour shifts, 36 hours a week Since 1983, Hospice of Marion County has been honored to serve families across Ocala and Marion County with compassionate, expert end-of-life care. As part of Empath Health, we help neighbors with advanced illness live as comfortably and meaningfully as possible, while supporting their families and caregivers with respect, guidance, and dignity.
