About this role
This is a working CLS/Laboratory Lead position. In addition to CLS duties, they will also assist the Administrative Lab Director with supervisory duties. Following procedures established by the Section Heads and medical directors, a Clinical Laboratory Scientist performs a variety of laboratory tests in many areas of the laboratory, including High Complexity Tests as defined by CLIA. A CLS is responsible for accuracy and reporting of results of application of principles, theories and techniques, professional judgment, computer proficiency, microscopic proficiency, and good communications skills. PAY RANGE: $45.69 - 70.82 per hour
