The NFI DBT House is a group home that has been recognized for positive outcomes in the lives of adolescents over the last 15 years. Responsibilities of someone in this position include: Program development and oversight, staff supervision, creating positive team culture, collaborating with clinical staff and community partners, etc. Additionally, candidates must be able to communicate effectively and motivate others.
