About this role
• Assist with projects, research, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support vendor coordination, purchasing activities, expense reports, and service requests.
• Assist with invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and budget tracking.
• Compile reports, maintain spreadsheets, and prepare presentations for management.
• Respond to internal inquiries and provide customer service to employees and business partners.
• Support talent, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives as requested.
• Perform other administrative, operational, and project-related duties as assigned to support business objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting Human Resources, General Affairs, and executive leadership while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information.
Qualifications
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in Human Resources, facilities operations, and business administration.
