By joining us, you'll help evolve and grow our Private Banking business. What you will do: Reporting functionally to the Head of Investment Counselling, EMEA (based in Switzerland) and locally to the PBLU Head of Front Office Supervisory, you will play a key role in positioning and delivering investment solutions for clients and prospects of xxxxx Luxembourg. You will provide strategic and tactical advice to Clients and Relationship Managers, in strict compliance with Group strategy. In this role, you will (but not limited to): • Assess client needs, shape a holistic investment strategy, coordinate implementation, and ensure portfolios remain suitable over time. • Use an open-architecture approach to product selection to provide access to best-in-class solutions. • Support business growth by contributing to new initiatives and enhancements to products and client propositions. • Develop comprehensive investment strategy and asset allocation proposals appropriate to each client. • Educate and guide Clients, Prospects and Relationship Managers with clear, actionable investment insights. • Monitor client portfolios for performance, asset allocation and appropriateness. • Manage a team of Investment Counsellors and Analysts, fostering high performance and collaboration. You should apply if you have: • Master's degree in economics or equivalent. • Strong experience in investment management. • Solid understanding of private wealth management, macroeconomics, financial markets, and a broad range of traditional and alternative investment products. • Proven expertise in capital markets theory, the investment process, and product selection. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain market conditions and complex investments solutions to Clients and Relationship Managers. • Strong analytical skills. • Trading experience in executing client orders. • CFA exam or equivalent qualification is an advantage. • Fluent English is essential; German or French is an advantage.
