The HSBC Group in Luxembourg is a significant employer and operates several businesses including asset management, securities services, private banking and corporate banking. By joining us, you'll help evolve and grow our private banking business. What you will do: Reporting to the Head of Front Office and Supervisory, you will act as the primary point of contact for ultra and high net worth individual clients. You will provide day-to-day support and execute client requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, in line with regulatory requirements and bank policy. In this role, you will (but not limited to): • Maintain excellent commercial relationships with private clients. • Understand the bank's strategy, contributing to its development by collaborating with colleagues in Luxembourg and abroad, and bringing hands-on operational experience. • Ensure excellent delivery for account opening and periodic account reviews. • Capture and process client trade orders in the bank's private banking system, and proactively follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely and accurate execution. • Monitor client activities, including time maturities, transfers, deposits, loans, etc. • Complete client telephonic and visit reports accurately. You should apply if you have: • Relevant experience in the private banking industry. • A good understanding of private banking products and services. • A strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. • Proven administrative rigour, with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness. • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • A good level of English; other languages are an advantage. What you'll get in return: The pay range for this role is EUR 91,100 – 136,600.
