We are looking for a motivated SAP Technical Support Specialist (junior to medior level) to support daily SAP operations in an international manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in SAP support who is eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to stable and efficient business processes. Provide second-line SAP support to end users Handle incidents and service requests within agreed timelines Monitor SAP systems and report potential issues Assist in routine maintenance tasks and system checks Support testing activities during system changes or updates Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases Escalate complex issues to senior experts when needed Collaborate with IT and business teams across different locations Help identify opportunities for process improvements Profile 2-6 years of experience in IT support or SAP support (or relevant internship/traineeship) Basic understanding of SAP systems (S/4HANA knowledge is a plus but not required) Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills Good problem-solving and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
