About this role
You will report to Experian Health. You will lead a product-focused development community to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable Health products, accelerating time-to-value through modern engineering, automation, and cloud practices
Product Delivery & Quality: Own roadmap execution, predictability, and quality for the community's products; improve incident reduction and SLOs in partnership with AppOps/SRE.Engineering Excellence: Uplift SDLC, CI/CD, testing strategy, and DevSecOps; measure by agreed engineering metrics.Cloud Modernization: Advance AWS migration/modernization pathways aligned to Health's operating model.Security & Compliance: Partner with Security/TSSI to meet ERRP, encryption, and access-management standards.People: Build, coach, and performance-manage squads; collaborate across Realms/Communities (Architecture, AppOps, Security, Agility).Management of Partners: Engage Product, Customer Operations, and Leadership; communicate status, risks, and "path to green."Predictable delivery (proactive, cope adherence); defect/incident trends; deployment frequency/lead timeSecurity risk reduction milestones (e.g., ERRP/Access milestones); cost-to-serve improvements by automation/AIUse engineering productivity tooling (e.g., DORA metrics, code quality dashboards, developer experience platforms) to measure along with improving developer efficiency and throughput You will have designed and implemented consumer-facing payment systems, from the ground up
5+ years' experience leading multi-squad engineering groups delivering SaaS/enterprise products7+ years' experience operating leadership (Product, SRE, Security)Demonstrated expertise with cloud migration/modernization (AWS), automation and AI adoption for developer productivity5+ years' experience designing and implementing, along with supporting payment processing systems, at scaleHands-on experience integrating and managing relationships with major payment gateway partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, or similar)Understanding of PCI DSS compliance requirements for secure payment processingExperience ensuring HIPAA compliance in healthcare-related solutions is beneficial Benefits/Perks:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
