Job BriefWe are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with experience in building materials trading. The role involves managing supplier coordination, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely procurement and availability of materials.
Responsibilities Obtain quotations from approved suppliers on time Clarify technical specifications and recommend suitable alternatives when required Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures Ensure timely delivery and proper order fulfilment Monitor order status and resolve delays, shortages, or discrepancies Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to maintain stock availability Conduct periodic warehouse visits to monitor supply chain efficiency Handle defective or unacceptable goods and ensure corrective action Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and municipal regulationsRequirements
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (minimum qualification) Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Materials Trading industry Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills Proficiency in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage) ERP system knowledge (mandatory)Benefits
Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
