About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician with strong plumbing experience to support commercial and mixed-use properties throughout the Phoenix area. This role is 100% hands-on. The ideal candidate personally performs repairs and maintenance and does not outsource or manage vendors.

Must-Have Experience (Plumbing Focus)
Candidates must have solid, working knowledge and hands-on experience with:
Plumbing leak detection and repairsFaucet repairs and replacementsSlab leaksJetting and drain line cleaningDrain line camera inspectionsRe-pipesWater heater repairs and replacementsWater softeners and filtration systemsGrease trap and interceptor repair/replacementInterior and exterior plumbing leaksNo vendoring — all work is performed in-house by the technician.
