About this role
We are looking for a summer employee whose primary responsibility is User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in an international system transformation project. This is an entry-level position suitable for someone interested in digital services, systems, and user experience. The role focuses on testing websites, customer and end-user portals, as well as related processes and back-office functionalities. The work is independent in nature, while also involving collaboration with an international project team. Responsibilities include: Performing UAT testing across different systems and user interfaces Executing test cases and documenting test results Reporting bugs, issues, and observations to the project team Testing different user journeys and processes (e.g. e-commerce, service processes, user accounts, forms) Testing back-office functionalities and user permissions Collaborating with an international project team We hope you have: An independent and detail-oriented way of working Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems Good general IT and application skills Understanding of user journeys and digital processes Good English communication skills Interest in digital services, UX/UI, or system development is considered an advantage
