We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. Job Specifics:
• 0.9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly)
• Shift: Monday-Friday, hours between 7:30am-4:30pm
• Location: On-site in Onalaska, WI
• Department: Primary Care (Scheduling for RN Medicare Annual Wellness (MAW) and vaccine clinic appointments)
What's Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and attention to details
• Scheduling/coordinating background and medical terminology is a bonus!
