About this role
Are you a hands-on Marketing Specialist who thrives on execution and structure?
We’re looking for someone to own the day-to-day marketing activities in Sweden and Finland, driving local campaigns, coordinating initiatives end-to-end, and delivering high-quality lead generation to Sales.
In this role, you’ll combine strong project management skills with a detail-oriented, delivery-focused mindset — collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and measurable impact.

Some of the things you will be working on:
Campaign Execution
Execute multi-channel campaigns based on agreed plans
Manage campaign tracking and performance data in marketing systems
Ensure consistent and timely lead delivery to Sales
Content & Localization
Adapt and localise content for Sweden and Finland
Maintain local landing pages, emails and marketing materials
Some knowledge in optimising content using SEO and performance insights
Events & Activities
Coordinate logistics and delivery of trade shows, webinars and local events
Manage suppliers and agencies for operational delivery
PR & Communications
Experience supporting local PR activities and managing media relationships is a plus
Coordination & Delivery
Plan timelines and ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget
Align closely with the Head of Marcom and on execution priorities
Support reporting with campaign results and operational insights
What we believe you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing execution or marketing operations
Strong hands-on campaign management across digital channels
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
Solid understanding of lead flows and experience working closely with Sales teams
Fluent in Swedish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
