Job Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for strengthening Envision’s brand presence, driving digital engagement, and executing impactful communication strategies across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in developing content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, fluent in English, highly presentable, and passionate about building strong digital visibility in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Content & Communication
Create and execute monthly communication and content plansDevelop engaging content across social media, website, and email campaignsWrite blogs and articles to continuously update the websiteEnsure brand consistency across all communication channels
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaignsManage paid and organic campaigns across platformsTrack KPIs and optimize performance based on analytics
Social Media Management
Manage all Envision social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTokCreate engaging posts, reels, and short-form video contentMonitor audience engagement and respond when necessaryGrow brand visibility and community engagementWebsite & Performance
Manage and update the company websiteCoordinate landing pages and content updatesMonitor website performance and SEO improvements
Data & Market Insights
Analyze marketing data and performance reportsMonitor competitor activities and market trendsProvide insights and recommendations for improvementRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing is preferred. 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketingFluent English speaker (written and spoken)Strong communication and presentation skillsHighly presentable and professionalExperience managing social media platformsStrong content writing skillsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and analyticsCreative mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefits

Work Setup:
Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh ZayedWork Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remoteWorking Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break)Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
