Our Stockholm office is expanding – and we’re now looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Development Representative to strengthen our growth. In this role, you’ll focus on the Dutch markets, so we’re looking for someone fluent in Dutch or Flemish. You may already have experience in sales, or perhaps you’re at the start of your career and eager to develop in a role with great potential. What does the role involve?

As a Sales Development Representative at ABAX, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact for our future customers. You’ll be the face of the company and play a central role in our sales journey. Your mission? To book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives, laying the foundation for strong customer relationships.

You’ll be part of a passionate team where we support one another, celebrate successes, and work towards shared goals.

Your responsibilities:

Prospect and identify new business opportunities – with the phone as your main tool.

Book relevant meetings with the right decision-makers.

Work closely with the sales team – you’re a key player in creating a first-class customer journey from the very first contact.

Build your pipeline and work strategically to hit your targets.

Work smart! Use our CRM tools, reporting systems, and training platform to work more effectively and achieve results faster. We give you the tools – you create the results!

Drive our growth by booking meetings that lead to new customers.

Who are you?

You’re an energetic person who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. You’re motivated by results, enjoy challenges, and are always looking to develop.

Have experience in proactive sales or eager to learn.

We are goal-oriented, structured, and self-driven.

Communicate fluently in both Dutch and/or Flemish and English.

Enjoy working in a team, but are also confident in taking the initiative.

Identify with our values: enthusiastic, customer-focused, innovative, and sustainable.

Do you also have experience in SaaS, telematics, leasing, service sales, or similar? That’s a big plus – but not a requirement.
