Account specific roles and responsibilities
Accurately encode and process invoices received from vendors and internal departments. Post invoices into the financial system in a timely manner for approval and subsequent payment. Identify and flag invoices requiring rejection and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies during invoice processing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing information on invoices. Maintain organized records of all invoices processed for audit and tracking purposes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift Benefits
