About this role

As a Billing Senior Manager, you will manage the billing operations. You will develop billing strategies, ensuring accurate billing processes, managing a team of billing professionals, and coordinating with other departments to improve revenue cycles and improve financial performance. You will report to the Finance VP.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of our billing strategy, ensuring agreement on financial goals and providing strategic direction, talent leadership, and performance management for the billing organization.Oversee billing operations end-to-end, establishing high-level policies, driving operational excellence, resolving complex billing issues, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Direct revenue cycle management, partnering with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition, optimized billing workflows, and dispute resolution to support healthy cash flow.Champion process improvement and automation, driving major enhancements to systems, tools, and workflows that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort across billing teams.Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements while delivering executive-level reporting, insights, and performance trends to senior leadership.Manage high-level customer, vendor, and partner relationships, serve as the escalation point for strategic billing inquiries, and oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the billing department. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CMA) as an ideal.Advanced English level.8+ years of experience in billing, finance, or accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial or Senior Manager‑level role.Experience with billing systems, revenue recognition principles, and financial reporting.Experience collaborating with partners at all levels.Proficiency in billing software, advanced Excel, and hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP.
