We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Support Advisor to join our growing team, based in our Nottingham office.

You will be part of an important team within Experian and will have the opportunity promote both your customer service and administration skills. You will be starting on a career path that offers fantastic career progression and learning opportunities.

Reporting into the Team Manager, you will need excellent customer service skills, which you will utilise to support our clients discussing Credit scores and Business reports

We are looking for confident phone agents able to deal with complex complaints and queries, also working on our Live Chat function
