Summary

The Expert RPA Administrator – IAM strengthens Experian's Identity & Access Management (IAM) function by standardizing workflows, driving automation adoption, and ensuring alignment with security policies and standards. This role leads to early engagement with teams, identifies automation opportunities, and promotes consistent intake processes that improve collaboration and delivery. You will also support automation skill development across the IAM organization. You will report to the Systems Security Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities

Lead automation initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and security across lifecycle identity processes.Lead, develop and deliver automation learning programs, including training and mentoring, to build team capabilities.Maintain broad awareness of IAM operations and tools to support coordination, knowledge sharing, and integrated service delivery.Promote process optimization and standardization to improve compliance with security policies and IAM best practices.Manage a structured project intake model to allow early engagement, clear expectations, and delivery.Facilitate communication between IAM and partner teams to maintain agreement on priorities, timelines and deliverables. 4+ years implementing and maintaining automation solutions.Ability to build cross-functional relationships and translate needs into process or automation improvements.Experience managing structured engagement and intake processes.Hands-on experience with scripting languages (including Python) and automation platforms with a focus on process optimization and the implementation of medium‑scale automation solutions using tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, BluePrism, Python or UIPath.Experience designing and delivering automation-focused training to promote continuous improvement.4+ years in IT access security administration with a governance and operations focus.
