About this role

Integration activation / Cancellations (EVO, LSO)

Assist with branch activations for Compuloan cloud.

Assist with branch cancellations for Proloan, Compuloan and Compuloan Cloud

Acts as a third-party liaison between internal and industry

LSO data processes

To collect, load and monitor the flow of all data through the various stages within agreed service level agreements (SLA)

Consult with the client to guide and support CBL layout requirements

ADS data processes

To collect, load and monitor the flow of all data through the various stages within agreed service level agreements (SLA)

Reporting Requirements

Communicate branch cancellations and report to Industry

To ensure that all reports, SNOW cases, control documents and policy and procedure documents is kept up to date and is accurate and true.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Office Suite

Grade 12 - NQF Level 4

MS Office qualification

SQL certification

Experience

1 Year Data processing experience in a financial services industry

2 Years’ experience in a Customer service role
