About this role
We are seeking a Windows L3 Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational delivery, administration, and lifecycle management of Windows-based infrastructure platforms, with additional responsibilities across VMware/vSphere environments. You will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable compute services across on‑premises and cloud environments. Experience with enterprise patching and endpoint tools (e.g., Tanium, BladeLogic, SCCM).You will report to the respective People Manager.
You will:
Perform L3 administration of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including installation, configuration, and lifecycle managementOwn and execute OS patching, reboot coordination, and patch remediation activities in line with enterprise compliance standardsBuild, configure, and maintain Windows servers according to global standards and security baselinesAdminister and support Active Directory services, including user, group, and computer management, Group Policy creation and troubleshooting, and AD health monitoringManage and troubleshoot core Windows services such as DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure componentsPerform software installations, upgrades, and configuration management across Windows platformsExperience with enterprise patching and endpoint tools (e.g., Tanium, BladeLogic, SCCM)Administer VMware/vSphere platforms, including:Virtual machine provisioning and decommissioningSnapshot creation and managementDatastore and resource utilization monitoringVM‑level performance and availability troubleshootingAutomate operational and administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency, reliability, and consistencySupport and administer Windows workloads hosted on AWS and/or Azure, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as TerraformMonitor system performance and availability; respond to incidents and participate in major incident (P1/P2) management and on-call rotationsCollaborate with Security, Compliance, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure adherence to enterprise standardsContribute to change management, capacity planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives What you will bring:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration within enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on expertise in:Windows Server OS administrationActive Directory and Group Policy managementDNS administration and troubleshootingOS patching and server build activitiesWorking experience with VMware/vSphere administration in production environmentsProficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for day-to-day Windows administrative tasksExperience supporting Windows infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure environments, including use of Terraform or similar IaC toolsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience operating within ITIL-aligned infrastructure operations teamsFluency in EnglishWill be considered as an advantage if you also have:
Microsoft, VMware, or cloud platform certificationsExperience with enterprise patching and endpoint tools (e.g., Tanium, BladeLogic, SCCM)Exposure to security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance frameworksExperience working in hybrid cloud infrastructure environments What you will get:
