<p><span style=""><span style="">Location： Shiodome HQ<br> Division： Business Transformation Dept<br> Job level： Manager / Staff<br> Report to： Group Manager<br> Contract type： Full time</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b><b>Key Responsibilities</b></b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">The Main Responsibilities is to drive and manage operations for the delivery of application management & support in collaboration with selected partners.<br> This role includes the below roles but not limited to</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style=""><span style="">Being the custodian of the FOCUS live systems (S4HANA, IBP, MDG, PIPO, Ariba, etc.).</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Being responsible and accountable for driving Support & Maintenance operations and work with a proactive approach to avoid solution/system service disruption.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Ensuring the respect of all processes and governance established for FOCUS and Shiseido.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Lead the planning of transitions from Project to AMS operations by working in collaboration with FOCUS Solution & Deployment teams.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Improve the process and criteria to enter and exit hypercare to ensure that the delivered solutions can be properly supported by the FOCUS AMS team.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Work with the established support operating model (L0>L1>L2>L3) to ensure quality support and avoid Business escalations.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Provide insight on technical solution and support the vendor management accordingly.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Support the improvement of the AMS governance and standardization of processes and reporting.</span></span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Requirements</b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ol> <li><span style=""><span style="">Experience of either ERP related to AMS or ERP implementation Projects.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Deep understanding and knowledge of some of modules for SAP HANA(like SAP IBP, SD,MM,FI/CO and so on).</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Management experience of off-shore teams.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Familiar with ITIL and ITSM.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">English and Japanese (Chinese) *business level.</span></span></li> </ol> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><a href="https://shiseidogroup.sharepoint.com/sites/toss/Lists/List1/Attachments/2712/%E8%81%B7%E5%8B%99%E7%B5%8C%E6%AD%B4%E6%9B%B8%E3%81%AE%E4%BD%9C%E3%82%8A%E6%96%B9.pdf">職務経歴書の作り方.pdf</a><br> <a href="https://shiseidogroup.sharepoint.com/:w:/r/sites/toss/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc=%7B0c73c60c-cb24-46a3-9ade-36c0a7689b6f%7D&action=default&mobileredirect=true">職務経歴書_サンプルフォーマット(ご自身のPCにダウンロードしてお使いください).docx</a></span></span></p>
