<p><span style=""><span style="">Location： Shiodome<br> Division： Global Logistics Department<br> Job level： Manager<br> Reports to： Group Manager<br> Contract type： Full time</span></span><br> <br> <span style=""><span style="">Join a global team of diverse members of the Shiseido HQ Global Logistics Department, to drive and lead Shiseido's logistics global scale transformation journey.<br> Our HQ team is based in Tokyo, and works closely with regional teams in Japan, China, Asia Pacific, Americas, EMEA, and Travel Retails. </span></span></p> <p><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Roles & Responsibilities（業務内容）</b></span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><u>Main areas of responsibility：</u><br> As a main member of the Logistics Industrial Engineering Team of the Global Logistics Department, you will lead various transformational projects and strengthen the best in class logistics across Shiseido physical distribution network as well as warehouse operation. </span></span><br> <br> <span style=""><span style="">Provide technical and project management support to regions and affiliates for logistics network optimization of global, regional or local level. Understand country-specific business schemes and steer logistics transformation in each region and affiliate country.<br> - Work closely with partners within the headquarters, region and country teams, and external partners．Strategically respond to customer and internal logistics needs in cooperation with the group in charge and related departments.<br> - Selection and proposal of investment based on estimation and analysis of return on investment.<br> - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, digital services, technologies, etc., and facilitate the sharing of best practices among countries.</span></span><br> <br> <br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Requirements（必要な能力/経験/資質）</b></span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style="">■Required<br> - Basic understanding of SCM domain (procurement, production, logistics, sales distribution). At least 10 years of experience in supply chain related business.<br> - Working experience and advanced knowledge of logistics management, operations and project management.<br> - Ability to manage and analyze numerical data, and to propose and implement solutions based on logical thinking<br> - Business Level of English and Japanese communication skills</span></span></p> <p><br> <span style=""><span style="">■Welcoming<br> - Experience in large-scale warehouse relocation, 3PL/forwarder change management, large scale material handling equipment or system implementation. <br> - Experience in designing and building material handling and WMS operations for distribution centers<br> - Communication skills in other lounguages(e.g.Chinese, French)<br> - Experience in beauty or FMCG / B2C / B2B2C</span></span></p>
