Engage with stakeholders during business case development to obtain budget approval. <br>2. Support in the planning phase during the tendering process, including (TPS, Scope of Work, technical Evaluation) <br>3. Ensure the delivery and monitoring of project activities daily, assuring compliance with the project timeline <br>4. Ensure efficient and effective project scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and cost management. <br>5. Coordinate the work of the project team and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely completion of tasks. <br>6. Regularly monitor project progress, conduct meetings rhythmically, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust as needed. <br>7. Ensure compliance with all legal, security and safety requirements related to project activities at airport <br>8. Coordinate with Engineering to review all project technical submittals, inspections and issue work permits. <br>9. Review and process invoices received from contractors of project deliverables as per the agreed payment terms. </p> <p><strong>Change Management </strong><br>10. Manage and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, costs, requirements or external factors, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to manage the changes effectively. <br>11. Apply Dammam Airport policy and procedure for any variation orders. </p> <p><strong>Documentation and Reporting </strong><br>12. Provide regular updates and generate reports on project status and progress. <br>13. Communicating project status updates to stakeholders and upper management through reports and presentations <br>14. Ensure project documentation, including keeping detailed project notes and records archived in Dammam Airport database.<br>15. Ensure project documentation, including safety and quality reports </p> <p><strong>Project Closeout </strong><br>16. Ensure financial close-out by providing all supporting documents, including but not limited to warranties and performance bonds.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Position Accountability Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>17. Accountable for the contractual obligation from Dammam Airport end and Contractor's end to ensure the closure of the contracts. <br>18. Taking accountability by ensuring the submission of all project closure documentation including As-Built, Manuals, Engineering Studies, and project specific certifications. <br>19. Coordinate with stakeholders for the final testing, commissioning, and handover processes. <br>20. Transfer "Knowledge" and provide lessons learned and best practices to improve future project delivery. <br>21. Ensure project training required for project proponent if required. </p> <p><strong>Leadership </strong><br>22. Lead a cross-functional project team (Contractor, Consultant and Stakeholders .. etc), motivate team members, resolve conflicts and foster collaboration. <br>23. Resolving disputes among stakeholders (internal and external) <br>24. Negotiation and high effective influence to resolve commercial disputes by obtaining all parties satisfied without impact project scope and timeline. </p> <p><strong>Stakeholder Management: </strong><br>25. Create stakeholder maps or matrices to understand relationships and the level of influence and interest of each stakeholder. <br>26. Negotiate and influence stakeholders positively to gain their support and commitment to the project. <br>27. Develop and use communication plans tailored to different stakeholders, ensuring timely and relevant information dissemination. <br>28. Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts. <br>29. Ensure External and Internal stakeholder requirements are met by engaging them in project stages within project process. </p> <p><strong>Risk Management </strong><br>30. Identify, analyse, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks to minimize potential impact. <br>31. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful risk mitigation and project continuity. </p> <p><strong>Team Collaboration and Continuous Learning </strong><br>32.
