<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Purpose</b></H2> </div><div><p>Lead and manage all Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity (BC) functions at Dammam Airports to ensure regulatory compliance and operational resilience.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Position Accountability Description</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Strategic Alignment:</strong> Develop and implement ERM and BC strategies, frameworks, and policies that align with the organization’s vision, strategic goals, and risk appetite.</p> <p><strong>Performance Metrics:</strong> Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.</p> <p><strong>Risk Mitigation:</strong> Implement mechanisms for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, integrating risk management directly into corporate decision-making processes.</p> <p><strong>Business Continuity Planning:</strong> Develop and maintain a comprehensive business continuity and recovery plan, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), disaster recovery, emergency response, and crisis communication.</p> <p><strong>Testing & Resilience:</strong> Design and execute regular tests, drills, and tabletop simulations to validate the effectiveness of business continuity plans and ensure overall operational resilience.</p> <p><strong>Reporting & Compliance:</strong> Prepare comprehensive risk and compliance reports for stakeholders, while ensuring strict adherence to all aviation industry regulations and standards.</p> <p><strong>Stakeholder Coordination:</strong> Build relationships with external regulatory authorities and coordinate risk responsibilities internally with departments like Internal Audit and General Counsel.</p> <p><strong>Training & Awareness:</strong> Develop and deliver risk and business continuity training programs and awareness courses for all corporate employees.</p> <p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the ERM and BC team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of excellence.</p> <p><strong>Financial Management:</strong> Assist in developing, managing, and reporting on the department budget, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.</p> <p><strong>Vigilance & Trend Analysis:</strong> Monitor external aviation trends and factors impacting the airport’s risk profile, maintaining ongoing vigilance over compliance issues and deviations.</p> <p> <strong>Innovation:</strong> Drive innovation and efficiency by adopting new technologies and best practices in risk management and business continuity.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Position Accountability Description</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Minimum Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p>1- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</p> <p>2- minimum of 8 years of experience (with significant leadership experience).</p> <p>3- Language ( English, Arabic)</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Accountability & Proactivity</div><div>Collaboration & Teamwork</div><div>Creativity & Innovation</div><div>Delivering Results</div><div>Developing People</div><div>Driving & Leading Change</div><div>Focusing on Customers</div><div>Forming & Sustaining Partnerships</div><div>Leading with Impact</div></div></div></div>
