Oversee and manage all aspects of airport security operations, including access control, screening processes, and surveillance.<br>2. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a secure airport environment.<br>3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security operations and drive continuous improvement.</p> <p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong><br>4. Ensure compliance with national and international security regulations, including GACA and ICAO standards.<br>5. Conduct risk assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.<br>6. Manage and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.<br>7. Lead and coordinate security-related emergency response plans and drills, ensuring preparedness for various scenarios.<br>8. Oversee the airport's security response team, ensuring effective coordination during emergencies.<br>9. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of security activities, incidents, and compliance.<br>10. Prepare and present security performance reports to senior management, highlighting key issues and recommendations.<br>11. Adherence to cybersecurity requirements and ensuring that they are followed and applied to all company facilities and applications and supervise the airport's security clearance systems.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Position Accountability Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>12. Follow up and supervise the security clearance systems that are issued in accordance with the policies of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and the regulations related to them.</p> <p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong><br>13. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and industry partners.<br>14. Communicate security issues and updates effectively to all stakeholders, including employees and external partners.<br>15. Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to ensure integrated security management.</p> <p>Team Leadership and Development<br>16. Provide guidance and mentorship to the security team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.<br>17. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the security team and all airport employees.<br>18. Promote a culture of security awareness and vigilance throughout the organization.</p> <p><strong>Financial Management</strong><br>19. Allocate budget and resources for security programs and initiatives.<br>20. Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.</p> <p><strong>Risk and Compliance Management</strong><br>21.
