Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of the chiller plants equipment, including chillers, pumps, and cooling towers, chilled water network ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. <br>2.Monitor the performance of chiller plants, adjusting operational parameters to maintain required temperature and pressure levels in chilled water systems. <br>3. Troubleshoot and repair chiller plants, coordinating with vendors and external service providers for advanced repairs or component replacements when necessary. <br>4. Ensure all plant operations comply with Dammam Airport safety regulations and industry’s best practices, maintaining accurate logs for maintenance activities and system performance. <br>5. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new central plant equipment, ensuring proper integration and alignment with existing systems. </p> <p><strong>Chilled Water Systems </strong><br>6. Oversee the operation and maintenance of chilled water distribution systems, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery to all airport facilities. <br>7. Conduct regular system diagnostics to identify potential inefficiencies or faults in the chilled water distribution network, implementing corrective actions as needed. <br>8. Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, and piping systems within the chilled water network, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous cooling capacity. <br>9. Coordinate with building management systems (BMS) to optimize chilled water usage based on real-time operational demands, enhancing energy efficiency. <br>10. Respond to operational issues, including system malfunctions or equipment failures, ensuring rapid resolution to maintain optimal system performance and minimize disruptions. <br>15. Participate in emergency drills related to plant or chilled water system failures, ensuring readiness and effective response during critical incidents. </p> <p><strong>Team Collaboration and Learning</strong> <br>16.
