You will work closely with site teams, designers, and subcontractors to optimise construction sequencing, methodology, and delivery.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This position is suited to experienced engineers and managers who enjoy technical problem-solving and want to play a key role in delivering complex projects.</span></p> <h2><span and cost-effective construction methods and temporary works solutions</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Refine construction sequences, including precast segment gluing, temporary post-tensioning, and erection<br></span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead the development of access strategies and methods of work across varying configurations<br></span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Plan and sequence works, <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage construction engineering development and review geometry control at key stages<br></span></p> </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure technical solutions are aligned with site constraints and programme requirements<br></span></p> </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Deliver CAD outputs (AutoCAD 3D essential) and maintain technical documentationData sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) preferred</span></p> </li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience in construction reinforced concrete and structural steel</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D (essential)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Familiarity with tools such as Revit, Tekla, Navisworks
