They work under the supervision of Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand the company's hiring requirements and to support the development of effective recruitment strategies. They maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including candidate records, interview feedback, and other relevant recruitment metrics. They act as a single point of contact and are accountable for the end-to-end experience of their candidates.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description - Grade Specific</H2> </div><div>Able support and guide the efficient and effective delivery of services to multiple stakeholder groups in specific domain area or funtion. Typically leads more than one project area or workstream. Produces additional value to the domain area outside of ones roles and responsibilities.</div></div></div><p>For this role, the gross annual base salary range is 0 - 20 000 PLN for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors – like your experience, skills, and qualifications – in line with our fair pay principles. If a collective labour agreement applies to this role, we will share the relevant pay scale details with you. Note: We never ask about your current or past salary during our recruitment process.</p>
