This role is responsible for creating and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), supporting resource loading and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, and helping refine planning and scheduling processes for greater standardization and enterprise-wide resource visibility.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The ideal candidate will work closely with Program Management, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure schedules are integrated, maintained, and used effectively as predictive management tools across development and production programs.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for assigned programs and projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Integrate program schedules across cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support the Program Management Office in developing standardized scheduling tools, techniques, and processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Build and maintain schedules aligned to Statements of Work (SOW) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Perform schedule analysis, including:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Critical path analysis</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Schedule variance analysis</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Network logic analysis</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Enterprise-wide resource demand assessment</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Apply project management methods such as Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone tracking, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to measure progress and identify performance issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Conduct Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) on key programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage risks and opportunities within the IMS and recommend mitigation strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and Program Summary Master Schedules.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Analyze subcontractor schedules, integrate subordinate schedules into the master schedule, and advise management on critical path changes and milestone impacts.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Partner with CAMs and IPT members to develop, maintain, and assess work package schedules.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support schedule audits and ensure project teams are maintaining schedules in accordance with established standards and procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Review schedule performance-to-plan variances and support corrective actions to improve planning and scheduling processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Provide insights on scheduling trends, best practices, and achievable schedule development.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support multiple programs of varying complexity, as well as ongoing proposal efforts.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Participate in or lead schedule status reviews.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Drive continuous process improvements to support program execution and business goals.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Required Qualifications</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of planning/scheduling experience in a DoD environment, or a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">In lieu of a degree, 13 years of directly related experience will be considered.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Demonstrated experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules, deliverables</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience with schedule health metrics and analysis, including DCMA 14-point assessment and metrics such as BEI, CPLI, and SPI.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality contractor experience preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of EVMS guidelines, including EIA-748-D.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Familiarity with Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience
