Level 4 Systems Engineers are technical leaders and senior integrators on the cross-functional development teams. This role requires deep engineering expertise, broad system understanding, and the ability to drive technical strategy, integrate across subsystems, mentor the engineering community, and shape digital engineering execution. Salaries are based upon a candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations.
